I am currently doing an online course in AutoCAD 2008.

So far I have completed 5 competency test in which I have done extremely well (better than what I expected), the results of these tests are as follows:

CT 1:   Theory:   100%   Practical:   100%
CT 2:   Theory:   100%   Practical:   100%
CT 3:   Theory:     90%   Practical:     95%
CT 4:   Theory:     90%   Practical:   100%
CT 5:   Theory:   100%   Practical:   100%

I have recently come across aproblem with finding work here in Italy due to an age factor. I have been told by the employment agenies that the companies here in Italy prefer to employ the between 20 and 27 age group, due to the fact that they are able to pay them less because of apprenticeship status.

I have spent a lot of unaffordable money on this course which I am doing, and it seems that it has been a waste. Unless I can get subcontracted work to do at home.

I am quite confident in the 2D drafting and designing with AutoCAD and will soon be starting to learn 3D.

I am looking for any companies that need drawings created with AutoCAD or things designed, I work mostly in the engineering trade as I have 16 years experience on the floor. I have made many parts for all kinds of machinery using lathes, milling machines, shaping machines, vertical and horizontal borers etc. I have also fitted a lot of the parts that I have made as well as parts made by others. During the 16 years of work, I have repaired and maintaned machines for woodwork, farm implements, compressors and vehicles, so I have a fairly broad knowledge of machinery.
